As a life long resident of Bucks and Montgomery Counties of Pennsylvania I have a very comprehensive understanding of the local community and business environment.  I spent a majority of my life in the housing industry, starting at 16 years of age I got involved with the building trades and eventually became union Carpenter.  I have had the opportunity to renovate build and sell properties here in southeastern Pennsylvania. My decision to become a realtor was not one that I've made lightly and although I am new as a licensed realtor I certainly have a keen insight to the housing industry here in Southeast PA.

 

You may have concerns of using a realtor without the years of experience I would have to disagree for I am out to make an excellent reputation for myself and the real estate community.  This means that I will work extra hard whether you're looking to buy or sell a home or investment property I will be going out of my way to be of assistance.

Although the timing for becoming a real estate agent is probably poor it is right in line with my personal and family goals.  My joining a Keller Williams Real Estate Team  in January of 2008 was my plan all along. I wanted to make this carrier change after my son's first birthday.  The market may be hard right now my enthusiasm is strong.

 

A family man raising my children here in S.E.PA I can give my own personal recollections and insights to the area the schools the business prospects and the neighborhoods. This is invaluable information when you're looking to purchase a new home.  My years of experience in housing industries will be both beneficial to buyers and sellers I know what to look for when it comes to cheap renovations or shady transactions that many buyers get roped into.  There's probably no worse feeling than settling on a house in finding out shortly thereafter that you're laying out thousands of dollars to make things right that should have been right in the first place.  For sellers my keen insight and resources to the building industries can enable you to inexpensively increase the value of your home or your investment property with little or no effort.  Any realtor can give you the basic suggestions of cleaning the clutter and making the house presentable for open houses or the like but only someone with a contractor's background can spot the real improvements that can be made in a reasonable manner that will indeed add true value for property's selling price. I see many people after deciding to put their house on the market spent lots of money making improvements that gave them very little back on their investment. Let my experience be your guide to maximize the profit for  your property, this is certainly is something that you cannot get from most real state agents.  Like I said my goal is to exceed your expectations, it is quite frankly like this "The better you do the better I do". Maximizing a property's value in the correct way is both beneficial to buyers and sellers.  Although houses for sale go through property inspection many of the property inspectors themselves don't have much of a real world background in the building industry. When it comes to the looking behind the fresh paint and new carpet it takes a keen eye and an abundance of experience to know what makes a house a sound investment and a problem free environment for you and your family.

 

A little more about me, my primary mission in life is my family they are indeed my foundation my joy and love.  As a family we love to spend time at the Jersey shore in the Pocono Mountains.  My hobbies include fine woodworking, bow hunting community activities and one of my favorites motorcycle riding.  Yes that's right I just love to get on my Harley Davidson Softail and just getting lost on the back roads in the area. This has allowed me to find some of the most interesting and beautiful places you ever want to see right here in Pennsylvania.  I use this to my advantage whenever I see a For Sale by Owner.  These hidden away beautifully landscaped hidden gems many times never make it to popular real state market.  I make it my duty to bring these fabulous properties to the attention of those who seek a truly unique beautiful safe and out of the way place to live.
